Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy covers the dyehardpersonaltraining.co.uk website only. If you're an existing client using the client portal, that's covered by a separate, more detailed privacy policy specific to the training data stored there.
What We Collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- Any message or details you write, including preferred consultation times
We don't collect anything else automatically — this site doesn't use cookies or tracking technologies.
Why We Collect It
Solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation, based on your consent in submitting the form.
How It's Handled
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, our third-party form provider, before being forwarded to us by email. You can review Formspree's own privacy practices at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up — typically no more than 12 months, unless you go on to become a client, at which point your information is handled under our client portal's privacy policy instead.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how your data has been handled
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ethandyept@gmail.com.
Changes to This Policy
